a.       Cost of Installing a software in 2 of your clinics
A.      Investment Cost
      Assumption: One Server in each of your clinical locations, both require network
i.      Cost of 2 servers          = INR.85,000/- X 2            = INR.1,70,000/-
                        ii.      Network Cost for 2 servers = INR.25,000 X2         = INR 50,000/-
                        iii.     Install, configure, manage servers                              = INR 50,000/-
                                Total investment                                                       = 2,70,000/-

B.      Operating Cost per month
Assumption: IT technician salary per clinic @ INR.12,500/- per person/month 
Each server utilizes 625 watts, run for 24 hours, using 15 units per day
                              i.      Salary of technicians = INR.12,000/- X 2 months         = 25,000/-
                              ii.      Electricity Cost  = 15 KWH X 2 X 30 days X INR.5/unit  = 4,500/-  
Total operating cost  per annum (25,000 + 4,500) X 12 = 3,54,000/-
            
C.      Support Cost per year
       Assumption: Support cost is around INR 50,000 per year per clinic
                              i.      Support cost for 2 centers = 50,000 X 2 = INR. 100,000/-

D.      Cost of any Hospital information software for 22 user licenses
      Assumption: Min software cost in 2 locations for 22 users comes roughly around INR. 6,00,000/-
                              i.      Cost of software              = INR.6,00,000/- ( for Outpatient software)

E.       Implementation, Installation Cost of software for 22 users
      Assumption: Min software cost in 2 locations for 22 users comes roughly around INR. 5,00,000/-
                              i.      Cost of software              = INR 5,00,000/- ( for Outpatient software)

F.       Total Investment cost             = A+B+C+D
                              i.      Total                                 = 2,70,000 +3,54,000+100,000+6,00,000+5,00,000/-  
      = INR. 18,24,000/-

b.      Cost of renting a web based Cloud envision solution in both of your clinics         
G.     Rental per computer per month = INR. 1000                 
Total rental for 22 computers       = 22 X 1000 = INR. 22,000/-

H.      Implementation, Installation Cost of software for 22 users
      Assumption: First year software implementation cost for 22 users is INR. 50,000/-
I.        Annual Cost of rental software per                  = INR.22,000/- X 12 ( for OP software)
    = INR. 2,22,000/-

          c.       Cost savings of rental software over installation software
                       J.        Total Savings by investing the rental software   = F –(H+I)
                                                                                                     = INR. 15,52,000/-
                       K.        Percentage savings                                      = 15,52,000*100/18,24,000
                                                                                                     = 85.09 %
